Dan was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
The Car was as described in the advert and the conversation over the phone.
Dan and Paul were welcoming, helpful and efficient, the sale was hassle free , quick and easy.
On collection the car was spotless, freshly cleaned and ready on time for pick up.

Recently brought a 2015 Nissan xtrail from these guys and it couldn't have been a better experience, from the initial enquiry to the collection of the car it was a seamless and easy transaction, Luke and the guys really looked after us, making sure the car was in immaculate condition ready for us to collect, no corners where cut in the prep or maintenance of the car and it shows, we are extremely happy with the car and with the service we received.

They where very accommodating, working around me and my work schedule to arrange collection, which is a massive plus for me having such a busy life.
Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a car from these guys.

They went above and beyond what they needed to and it was very much appreciated. We had 6 month warranty and 12 month breakdown cover included which gives me peace of mind as it's her first car. Amazing service from everyone here at Excell, when viewing the car Paul, Luke and Kenny were very welcoming and answered all the questions I had. After test driving the car and putting a deposit down it went straight in for a new MOT the next day, and any minuscule faults it had were sorted along with it. Couple days later when completing the purchase Dan greeted us with welcome gifts and assured me that any other issues in the future would be sorted ASAP. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their next car, the team goes above and beyond for everything! I would like to thank Dan and his team, for making my experience on buying a car go extremely easy. I\'ve been looking for a specific car for sometime since August and could only find CAT N and S, but one eventually came up on my doorstep at Excell Garage. After viewing the car, Dan completed a full RAC inspection and printed out in front of me showing that the car had no issues at all. He then went over and above to make the car special as it was a gift to my son for his birthday, he would not let me take the car until it had a full Valet another new MOT ( as it was only 6 months remaining ) and a full Service. The car came with a 6 month full warranty and a 12 month RAC cover, (fantastic) but any problems no matter what to come and see him and the boys will sort out. Dan then stated when my son wants a new car he would buy the fiesta red edition back, which again gave me piece of mind, that I was buying a good one. I would highly recommend a visit as the whole team is fantastic and I will definitely be returning for myself and all the family. Thanks all for a great experience Richie

From the moment I went there to picking up car was an awesome experience. The first day I went I had another Abarth to look at. I told the sales man and unlike normal sales who wouldn't give you the time of day treated me awesome give me the run down of the full history of car, took me for a test drive and let me drive the car as long as I want making sure I was happy. I loved the car but still checked out another first, week later after excell put a brand new mot and service on car I picked the car up and I've had a smile on my face ever since. 10/10 for the car 100% the best car I bought with no issues very well sourced. and 10/10 for customer service they are not your normal pushy sales men, they give you time and respect your wishes. 100% be going back there when I want to renew my car.
